I had a lovely stay at the hotel. Johanna Pernu really stood out with her warm and kind welcome, making me feel valued right from the start. The beds in my room were incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights. The bathroom amenities were also a nice touch, with high-quality Rituals products that I greatly appreciated. While the hotel design was beautiful and added charm to my visit, I found the dining experience at the on-site pizza restaurant to be a highlight, with superb food available on-site. Overall, it was a delightful experience, though there's always room for improvement.
